Project BUSINESS
●The oxidation treatment for iron and steel is usually referred to bluing. Currently, we mainly perform bluing process for common iron and steel, stainless steel and copper product.
●When iron and steel parts are chemically treated in phosphate solution which contains zinc, manganese, calcium, iron or alkali metals, a layer of insoluble phosphate film will form on the surface. This process is called phosphating. The phosphating techniques we can offer for surface modification treatment include manganese phosphate series, zinc and calcium phosphate series.
(1)Process property and application
●The bluing process does not affect the dimensional precision of workpiece, and there is no risk of hydrogen embrittlement. Sealing treatment on surface of blued ordinary iron and steel can dramatically improve its abrasion resistance. This process is widely applied in protection and decoration for machine, precision instruments, articles of daily use, etc. Stainless steel and copper product can gain a good extinction effect at a low cost after bluing treatment. It is widely applied to the treatment of precision parts in optics field.
●Phosphating is widely applied to the pretreatment of painting and electrophoresis as it dramatically improves tarnish resistance of workpiece and easily combines with matrices. Besides, as the workpiece possesses relatively high hardness and thermal stability on surface, it is also used in abrasion reduction and lubrication. Therefore, it is widely applied to surface modification treatment of low, medium and high carbon steel.
