● Oxidation of steel is commonly known as blue or black. Our company is currently mainly engaged in the blackening process of ordinary steel, stainless steel and copper.
● The process of chemically treating steel parts in a solution containing zinc, manganese, calcium, iron or an alkali metal phosphate to form a layer of water-insoluble phosphate film on the surface is called phosphate treatment. Our current phosphate treatment process includes surface modification treatment of manganese phosphate and zinc calcium phosphate.
(1) Process performance and application
● Blackening treatment does not affect the dimensional precision of the workpiece, and there is no danger of hydrogen embrittlement. After the black steel is blackened, the surface of the steel can be significantly improved after it is sealed. This process is widely used in the field of protective decoration for machinery, precision instruments, and daily necessities. After blackening the stainless steel and copper, a good matting effect can be obtained in a low-cost manner. Widely used in precision parts processing in the field of optics.
● Phosphate treatment can not only significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the surface of the workpiece, but also is widely used in coating and electrophoresis pretreatment due to its strong bonding force with the substrate. Suitable for surface modification of low, medium and high carbon steel materials.
